Access to the Investment Platform

In order to access the Investment Platform, you will need to apply to become and be approved as an investor by us. We reserve the right to reject your application and/or withdraw any approval granted at any time on any grounds we see fit.

You are responsible for all activity on the Investment Platform by anyone using your account. If you authorise anyone to use your Investment Platform account you will be responsible for their activity on the Investment Platform.

We reserve the right not to act on your instructions where we suspect that the person logged into your Investment Platform account is not you or we suspect illegal or fraudulent activity or unauthorised use.

Regulatory requirements

The products and services mentioned on our site and the Investment Platform are subject to legal and regulatory requirements in various jurisdictions and may not be available to all persons in all jurisdictions.

Making an investment

Selling an investment

There is no established secondary market for investments made through the Investment Platform. Any exit date provided is indicative only and there is no certainty that you will be able to realise your investment on this date. We may, in our absolute discretion, extend the exit date if we believe that is in the best interests of investors as a whole.

If you find a buyer for one of your investments you wish to sell, you should contact us. We may, in our absolute discretion, agree that you can dispose of such investments either directly or through us. The buyer must also be registered as an investor with us in order for the investment to be transferred to them. If we do agree to such a transfer, we will provide you with further details on how to effect this transfer at the relevant time. No transfer is permitted without our express written consent.

We may (but are not required to) offer an area on the Investment Platform to assist Investors to buy and sell Investments amongst themselves. If such facility is available, further details will be provided on the Investment Platform.

We may charge fees for facilitating and registering transfers of investments between investors. Any fees will be notified to you in advance of completion of the transfer of an investment.

Notices

Each notice given to you under or in connection with these terms of use shall be in writing and delivered to you by email, to the email address your Investment Platform account is registered with. Any notice given to us under or in connection with these Terms of Use shall be in writing and sent by post to Falco Group Limited, 33 Eastcheap, London, EC3M 1DE addressed to the directors.
